Crispy and flavorful wings with a sweet and sticky Asian-inspired glaze, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.

For the Crust:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until wings are crispy and golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in sesame oil.
  5. Toss cooked wings in the sauce until fully coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
