For the Crust:
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced pears, dried cranberries, feta cheese, and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
