For the Crust:
- 1 lb beef-stuffed tortellini
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
