For the Crust:

  • 1 lb beef-stuffed tortellini
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
