For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Press crescent roll dough into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
- Spread the cooked beef mixture over the crescent roll crust.
- Drizzle Thousand Island dressing evenly over the beef layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the dressing.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and sesame seeds before serving.
