A delicious casserole version of the iconic Big Mac, featuring all the classic flavors in an easy-to-make dish.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Press crescent roll dough into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
  4. Spread the cooked beef mixture over the crescent roll crust.
  5. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing evenly over the beef layer.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the dressing.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
