A fun twist on classic nachos, baked in a bundt pan for a unique presentation and even distribution of toppings.

For the Crust:
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, toss tortilla chips with taco seasoning until evenly coated.
- Layer half the seasoned chips in the bundt pan, followed by half the cheeses, beans, tomatoes, olives, onion, and jalapenos.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate. Top with sour cream and cilantro before serving.
