Butterfinger Chocolate Caramel Crunch Truffles

Decadent truffles with a crunchy Butterfinger center, coated in rich chocolate and caramel.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Butterfinger and cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place back on tray.
  5. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt. Chill until set, about 15 minutes.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
