For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds.
- Divide the cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll tightly to form wraps.
- Serve hot with sour cream and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
