Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf Bites

Delicious bite-sized meatloaf stuffed with gooey cheese, perfect for appetizers or a fun main dish.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Take a small portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a pinch of shredded cheese in the center and fold the meat around it, forming a small ball.
  4. Place each stuffed meatball into the prepared muffin tin.
  5. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the tops of each meatloaf bite with the sauce.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
