Delicious bite-sized meatloaf stuffed with gooey cheese, perfect for appetizers or a fun main dish.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Take a small portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a pinch of shredded cheese in the center and fold the meat around it, forming a small ball.
- Place each stuffed meatball into the prepared muffin tin.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the tops of each meatloaf bite with the sauce.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
