- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, coleslaw mix, carrots, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
