For the Crust:
- 8 chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Assemble wraps by placing shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and red onions on each tortilla.
- Add baked chicken wings and drizzle with ranch dressing and hot sauce (if using).
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately.
