A delicious and easy dessert combining the flavors of churros and cheesecake, perfect for parties.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent rolls and press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing the seams.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the crescent roll layer.
  4. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place on top of the cream cheese mixture, sealing the seams.
  5. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top layer of crescent rolls.
  6. Mix the remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the butter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
