For the Crust:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll one can of crescent rolls and press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing the seams.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the crescent roll layer.
- Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place on top of the cream cheese mixture, sealing the seams.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the top layer of crescent rolls.
- Mix the remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing and serving.
