For the Crust:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing any perforations.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the dough layer.
  4. Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place over the cream cheese layer, pressing gently to seal.
  5. Pour melted butter evenly over the top. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the butter.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
