For the Crust:
- 1 cup dried mango
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Add dried mango, almonds, and shredded coconut to a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture sticks together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, then coat with extra shredded coconut if desired. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
