Coconut Mango Bliss Balls

A tropical and healthy snack made with dried mango, coconut, and nuts for a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup dried mango
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Add dried mango, almonds, and shredded coconut to a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture sticks together.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, then coat with extra shredded coconut if desired. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
