For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 wonton wrappers, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped crab meat, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Arrange the wonton strips over the top in a single layer. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
