Creamy Spaghetti Chicken Casserole

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
