For the Crust:
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
