- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar.
- Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries and spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the batter. Pour boiling water over the top without stirring.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and the cake is set. Let cool slightly before serving.
