For the Crust:
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Rinse strawberries and pat dry. Cut off the tops and hollow out the centers carefully.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
