Easy Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

A delightful twist on classic deviled eggs, using strawberries filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Rinse strawberries and pat dry. Cut off the tops and hollow out the centers carefully.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
