For the Crust:
- 2 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place pear halves on the baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Top each pear half with blue cheese and walnuts.
- Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
