For the Crust:

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, salt, and honey (if using) until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites until just combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6-8 even mounds.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set. Let cool before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
