Delicious and guilt-free cookies made without sugar or flour, perfect for a healthy snack.

For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, almond butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and dark chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  6. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
