Irresistible Cherry Garcia Fudge

A rich and creamy fudge inspired by the classic Cherry Garcia flavor, packed with cherries and chocolate chunks.

For the Crust:

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, salt, dried cherries, and walnuts (if using).
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
