A sweet and creamy white chocolate fudge studded with maraschino cherries for a burst of fruity flavor.

For the Crust:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained well
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and almond extract (if using).
- Fold in chopped maraschino cherries until evenly distributed.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Lift fudge out of pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares.
