Irresistible Maraschino Cherry White Chocolate Fudges

A sweet and creamy white chocolate fudge studded with maraschino cherries for a burst of fruity flavor.

For the Crust:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained well
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and almond extract (if using).
  4. Fold in chopped maraschino cherries until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Lift fudge out of pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
