Delightful individual cheesecakes with a spiced apple topping and caramel drizzle.

For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press 1 tbsp into each liner to form crusts.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Divide mixture among cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
- Sauté apples with butter and spices until tender. Spoon over cooled cheesecakes.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
