For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press into the bottom of each liner.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Divide filling evenly among the crusts. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
