No Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

A delicious no-bake cheesecake with the flavors of a classic banana split, perfect for summer desserts.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Layer sliced bananas and crushed pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and smooth the top.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  9. Garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
