No-Bake Chocolate Cherry Cream Pie

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  4. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Top with cherry pie filling.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
