Delicious and easy no-bake mini banana cream pies with a graham cracker crust and creamy banana filling.

For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of 6 mini pie dishes or ramekins to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the banana pudding mixture.
- Layer the banana slices over the crust, then top with the banana pudding mixture.
- Top with the remaining whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
