No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies

Delicious and easy no-bake mini banana cream pies with a graham cracker crust and creamy banana filling.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of 6 mini pie dishes or ramekins to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold half of the whipped cream into the banana pudding mixture.
  6. Layer the banana slices over the crust, then top with the banana pudding mixture.
  7. Top with the remaining whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
