For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of 12 lined muffin cups to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until fully combined.
  6. Spoon the filling over the chilled crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
