A delicious layered dessert combining the flavors of strawberry cheesecake with the ease of a no-bake lasagna.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
- Warm strawberry jam slightly and drizzle over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
