For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Spread the filling into the chilled crust. Top with chopped peanut butter cups and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
