For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour filling into the chilled crust. Top with chopped peanut butter cups and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
