Peanut Butter Cup Pie

A rich and creamy peanut butter pie with a chocolate crust, topped with chopped peanut butter cups.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanut butter cups
  • Additional peanut butter cups for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch pie dish, and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups over the filling and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Garnish with additional peanut butter cups before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
