A rich and creamy peanut butter pie with a chocolate crust, topped with chopped peanut butter cups.

For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup chopped peanut butter cups
- Additional peanut butter cups for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch pie dish, and chill for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups over the filling and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with additional peanut butter cups before serving.
