- 1 9-inch chocolate cookie pie crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Stir in half of the chopped peanut butter cups.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle the remaining peanut butter cups on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
