For the Crust:

  • 1 9-inch chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Stir in half of the chopped peanut butter cups.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle the remaining peanut butter cups on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
