For the Crust:
- 1 package (10 oz) wonton wrappers
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut wonton wrappers into triangles or desired chip shapes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Brush both sides of each wonton piece with the oil mixture and arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
