For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 12 Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in heavy cream.
  5. Fold in chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups, reserving some for topping.
  6. Pour mixture over the crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with remaining Reese’s before serving.
