A rich and creamy peanut butter cheesecake loaded with Reese’s peanut butter cups for the ultimate dessert.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 12 Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in heavy cream.
- Fold in chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups, reserving some for topping.
- Pour mixture over the crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with remaining Reese’s before serving.
