For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add chopped scallions to the skillet during the last 2 minutes of cooking, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with additional scallions if desired.
