For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Add chopped scallions to the skillet during the last 2 minutes of cooking, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional scallions if desired.
