Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
