3 Ingredients Strawberry Cream Cheese

This homemade strawberry cream cheese is a light, fluffy, and creamy spread made with only 3 ingredients—perfect for bagels, toast, desserts, or dipping fruit. It comes together in minutes and tastes like a bite of strawberry cheesecake.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1lb fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 tbspgranulated sugar
  • 2blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Place the hulled strawberries in a strainer and sprinkle evenly with sugar. Let sit for 15–20 minutes to release juices.
  2. Transfer the strawberries to a bowl and mash them slightly with a fork or masher.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Fold the mashed strawberries into the cream cheese and mix until just combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a stronger strawberry flavor, add 1–2 teaspoons of strawberry extract.
For a cheesecake-like taste, mix in 1–2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
If you prefer a smoother texture, use only the strawberry juice instead of the mashed fruit.
Use fully thawed frozen strawberries if fresh are not available.
