30-Min Irresistible Brown Sugar Roasted Butternut Squash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Peel and cube butternut squash into 1-inch pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss squash with olive oil, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
  4. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between cubes.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
