These Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs are a quick and easy dessert that everyone will love! They are made with canned biscuits, apple pie filling, and cinnamon sugar.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
  • 1/2 cup apple pie filling, chopped
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Bring edges of biscuit together and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  5. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Brush each ball with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  7. Place balls in air fryer basket, seam side down.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
