  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into sticks, about 3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Roll each stick in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  5. Place the sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
