Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

For the Crust:

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the cream cheese spaghetti mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with the meat sauce, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
