Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites

These bite-sized appetizers feature creamy brie cheese crusted with crunchy pistachios, baked to perfection and served with crackers or bread.

  • 1 (8 oz) wheel Brie cheese
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. Cut the Brie cheese wheel into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix with honey.
  4. 4. Dip each Brie piece into the honey mixture, then roll in chopped pistachios.
  5. 5. Place the coated Brie bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6. Bake for 10 minutes, until the Brie is soft and pistachios are toasted.
  7. 7. Serve warm with crackers or bread.

Notes

Can be made ahead and reheated. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
