  • 1 tspwhite vinegar
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • ¼ tspgarlic powder
  • ¼ tsponion powder
  • 1lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cupfinely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper(to taste)
  • 4large flour tortillas
  • 1 cupshredded lettuce
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices(optional)
  • 1 tbspolive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix togethermayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare the rest of the dish.
  4. Heatolive oilin a skillet overmedium heat.
  5. Add thechopped onionand sauté until softened.
  6. Add theground beef, breaking it into crumbles. Season withsalt and pepper.
  7. Cook until browned and fully cooked.Drain any excess grease.
  8. Warm the tortillasslightly to make them easier to fold.
  9. Spread agenerous layerof the special sauce on each tortilla.
  10. Add a portion of thecooked ground beef.
  11. Top withshredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickle slices(if using).
  12. Fold in the sidesof the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  13. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
