Decadent brownie bites stuffed with cherry-filled cookie dough and dipped in chocolate.

For the Crust:
- 1 box fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained
- 12 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake in a 9×9 pan. Let cool completely, then crumble into fine pieces.
- In a bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Mix in milk and vanilla.
- Gradually add flour until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and cherries.
- Roll cookie dough into 1-inch balls. Press a small indentation in each and fill with crumbled brownie. Reshape into smooth balls.
- Melt chocolate wafers with coconut oil. Dip each ball to coat completely.
- Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
