Black Forest Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Decadent brownie bites stuffed with cherry-filled cookie dough and dipped in chocolate.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained
  • 12 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake in a 9×9 pan. Let cool completely, then crumble into fine pieces.
  2. In a bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Mix in milk and vanilla.
  3. Gradually add flour until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and cherries.
  4. Roll cookie dough into 1-inch balls. Press a small indentation in each and fill with crumbled brownie. Reshape into smooth balls.
  5. Melt chocolate wafers with coconut oil. Dip each ball to coat completely.
  6. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
