Blueberry Brie Thyme Flatbread

Crisp flatbread topped with Brie, blueberries, thyme, and honey delivers an elegant touch to any gathering.

  • 1 store-bought flatbread or pizza crust
  • 100 g Brie cheese, sliced
  • 75 g fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 15 to 30 ml honey
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 200°C and allow it to fully preheat.
  2. Place the flatbread or pizza crust onto a baking tray and brush evenly with olive oil.
  3. Distribute sliced Brie evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle fresh blueberries, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper across the surface.
  4. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the flatbread edges are golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey. Slice while warm and serve promptly.

Notes

For extra flavor, substitute Brie with goat cheese or feta, and agave syrup can be used in place of honey.
