  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the bowl and stir until just combined.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
