Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add oat flour, baking powder, and salt; blend until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto parchment-lined air fryer basket.
