  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  3. Scoop the mixture into 12 bites and roll in graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Place on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
