For the Crust:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
  3. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
