A delicious no-bake dessert combining peanut butter and chocolate, inspired by the Ohio buckeye nut.

For the Crust:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
